Today I didn't get on the mat.  Stuff kept happening.  A more disciplined person might have brushed the stuff aside.  However, I did do quite a bit of interstitial yoga. Ardha Chandrasana (half moon)

Recently at home I've been able to do standing poses again, because my feet, ankles, and knees are stable once more.  (Goody!)  It's mostly been Trikonasana (triangle) and Uttitha Parsvakonasana (extended side angle).
