Today I practiced with my sister and brother-in-law. It was just what I needed. They liked it too.
Tomorrow I’m flying home and hope to get the routine back in order. YoMo is over on Saturday, but my plan is to keep practicing as close to daily as I can. One of the best things I’ve learned from this month is that a ten-minute Savasana practice can be as wonderful as a 2-hour active practice when you’re in the middle of a busy day. Now I just have to keep it in mind.
