Yesterday I wrote about the three poses to do every day, but did I do them? Noooooo. But this morning I got up early, went right downstairs and did a short practice featuring Upavistha Konasana (seated wide angle) and Baddha Konasana (cobbler).
I had been feeling sorry for myself that I couldn’t do more, because my hands and shoulders were sore, but this was good and set my day up nicely.
My hands and shoulders would be much less sore if I got off the computer, so that’s my plan right now.
