It’s cold out today, but I practiced in shorts. Usually I wear leggings. I’ve never been able to keep my heel all the way up into my groin in Vrksasana.  I lift my foot up and it slides right back down.

Because my legs were bare, I was able to keep my foot up. It was cool!

I think I need to do this often, perhaps when I step out of the shower, so that my knees get more flexible and my thighs get stronger.  Then maybe I’ll get to the point where I can do it in leggings.
