No walking this morning. I got up at 6:30 and did a sequence from Yoga as Medicine, by Timothy McCall, from the fibromyalgia section. It was very gentle and felt great. Then I did a tiny bit of pranayama.
It’s hard not to be impatient with my body. I’m doing the best I can.
Your best actually sounds pretty dang good. You’re thinking it through, doing it carefully, and keeping moving. Brava!!
